Cheap solar panels may seem very appealing at first glance, but we know they will cause you heartache down the line. They are generally very inefficient and often coupled to a cheap solar inverter. Cheap inverters are the first thing to fail on these inferior systems. Put simply, a cheap solar system will cost you a lot more money in the long term.
Positive Energy Solutions only uses premium quality solar panels, solar inverters and mounting systems from world leading solar brands such as Fronius, SolarEdge, SMA, Huawei, Sunpower, Canadian Solar and Q-Cells.
You get a Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer
Positive Energy Solutions has been awarded the Clean Energy Council Approved Solar Retailer status. Why is this so important? We are bound by the CEC code of ethics authorised by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC). We highly recommend you ask anyone providing you a solar quote if they are CEC Approved Retailer (not just a CEC member or Installer).
All Positive Energy solar installers and system designers are fully licensed qualified electricians and also accredited with the CEC Installer status. No corners are cut with unqualified people installing your system and being signed off by a separate CEC approved installer after the fact.

Good advice and very professional
I requested a premium solar and battery system and was provided great, easy to understand advice. Installation of the panels and the battery was equally professional. I needed additional roof tiles and Kyle and the guys went well beyond their duty to assist in obtaining them. Very tidy and punctual and very hard working. Had a minor issue at the very end which was promptly fixed and dealt with. Well done guys…..would highly recommend.Panel rating:5/5

Came to our house, price was competitive, offered multiple options
We have an unusual roof layout so one of my requirements was to actually come to the house to see it. They came out and actually brought one of their installers with them. Very good start.Price was competitive with others that were quoted.
Multiple options provided. Bit of back and forth about what will work and so forth but overall the process was simple, we had to do very little.

Great Customer Service & Install Experience!
Positive Energy Solutions were the logical choice for us when we decided to get solar on our new property. After doing a little bit of research we started looking around, and Louis was able to answer all of our questions, giving us a variety of options for our new system, while presenting everything to us in a professional package.Luke was able to book in an installation date and delivery materials that suited us well and with no issue.
When it came to installation day we were really happy with the job Matthew and his team did. They did a thorough job and got the work done efficiently with minimal disruption to our day, and showed us the ins-and-outs of the system.
The customer service was great throughout the whole experience and Louis organised the grid connection for us and helped us figure out with some App issues we were having.
Looking forward to getting a battery fitted with Positive Energy in the future, high recommended!

Great solar solution

They were on-time, polite, worked diligently all day, cleaned up after themselves... and even removed, at my request, all of my old panels and inverter from site. The following week there were major storms and driving rains across Perth... and no leaks! Thank you for your no-pressure approach in presenting me with three options to consider; and for respectfully answering all of my questions. Highly recommended for service and quality
The team at Positive recently finished installing our 6.6kW solar system. We found the quoting process easy and informative being new to solar, we felt we got the best quality for the money.The installation was completed in a morning & the 3 staff members were very friendly, explaining their work and the system well.
Our neighbour, a commercial solar installer, was impressed with the work quality & complimented the installation.
Would happily recommend Positive Energy Solutions for solar panel systems in Perth.

A Dream Realised
I've wanted to add a battery to my solar system forever. I did a lot of study online and decided on Sonnen. Positive Energy Solutions were their preferred installer. The team was great, polite, tidy punctual, well as punctual as covid allowed! Best in the business
Brilliant results working to a tight time schedule in difficult circumstances - installation was on a construction site. Flexible to meet Huawei inverter and Canadian Solar panel location changes on the run and very reasonably priced. Great customer service
Dan was very helpful in supplying all the information that I asked for and had recommendations that fitted exactly with what I had in mind.The installation was delayed a bit due to weather but that's understandable as no-one can work safely on a wet tin roof.
Everything was taken care of from the moment we agreed on a system and paid the deposit, I didn't have to do anything at all.
8 months later we asked Neil: "Are you happy with the performance of your system so far?"
After having had the system for twelve months I can say we are more than happy with the outcome.Our power bill is half of what it used to be.
It has been completely reliable so there has been no need to contact the installer.
Still happy that we made a good choice of a quality system that will serve us for many years to come.

Exceptional Service from Positive Energy Solutions
Positive Energy Solutions provided me with options and information to make an informed choice for a solar installation with a battery. The installation was professional and efficient. They turned up on the day at the allocated time and completed the work with attention to detail, being neat and tidy as well thoroughly cleaning up before leaving. Met and exceeded expectations. Highly recommended.

A Positive Experience with a Positive Outcome
When we decided to get solar panels we rang 5 different companies for quotes. The only company that offered to come over to inspect the site, discuss the options and quote in person was Positive Energy Solutions.Dale and Louis booked a time to come over and talk us through everything and we also included our neighbours who were also interested in a quote for their place.
One company who quoted cheaper than Positive Energy was appealing until we did a little research and discovered they were based in Queensland, were quoting for solar panels that had been around for over 4 years and didn’t take into account the height of our 2 storey, steep pitched buildings.
Our power bills have been massively reduced and even after the hottest summer in Perth the biggest electricity bill we have paid is around $200 for a 2-3 person household.
We are very happy to recommend Positive Energy Solutions to anyone wanting to deal with a Perth based, family owned, customer service ethos business.

A good experience

Amazing system, very professional and friendly service !
From meeting the Positive energy team at the beginning of the journey for the quote on our system, right through to the installation of system and then finally to the commissioning of the system, Positive energy were nothing but impressive. 正能量努力确保我们的太阳能nel + battery system was tailored to our home and our expected energy use. They did an excellent job.From planning the job, to signing up the contract, to completing the installation, their team was professional and worked hard.
We installed 16.4kw of panels and a 25.6kwh battery just before the height of summer. We are now running our pool filter for 8 hours, pool heater for 3-4 hours and aircon for 3+ hours per day, plus all the usual daily appliances, and on average 95% of our daily electricity now comes from the sun. An outstanding result! Hopefully we get a similar result in winter when the sun is lower in the sky.
Just make sure your expectations are realistic and buy the right sized system to match your electricity needs. Positive Energy's advice was invaluable in this regard.
